At Broadleaf Arbor, CDP partners with EngAGE Northwest to provide resident services that foster connection, support well-being, and encourage growth. Broadleaf Arbor is designed as an intentional intergenerational community, guided by the Community for All Ages model, where programming brings together people of different generations to learn from, support, and celebrate one another. In June 2025, residents were invited to attend two weekend events to share their opinions and preferences on community programming as well as their feelings on being a part of an intergenerational community. The key findings from these events are summarized here and will inform program planning and community-building efforts at Broadleaf Arbor.
