Dance Generators is made up of University of San Francisco undergraduate students across various areas of study, alumni, professional dancers continuing their craft later in life, and older adults who have never danced before. We celebrate all ages and dance backgrounds in our community, operate with accessible and inclusive arts practices, and invite all who participate in our offerings to identify as an Artist. To live well, at any age or stage, is a creative act.
Dance Generators Artists are an ever changing group. Some Artists participate in creative processes that culminate in performances, others engage in classes and workshops that are process based. Each person’s touch point with our programs makes a meaningful contribution to the culture of our community.
